The 2008 Rockhampton Breeders Plate has again been won by Russland Park.

2 year old Ombra Della Sera gelding, Hombre Warrior, led all the way against some smart contenders to win by 3/4 length.

Russland Park has been purchasing yearling every year and offering shareholdings in these attractive babies.

What a feeling, especially for our first time owners to win a prestigious race.

Hombre Warrior will now go for a spell and return in the new year with a Magic Millions race in mind.

Jusforsatisfaction (Taimazov-Genara, by Lord Ballina) a 2 year old colt trained by Jim Rundle from Russland Park led all the way to take out the $20,000 XXXX Gold Breeder's Plate (1000m) on Saturday in Rockhampton.

Jusforsatisfaction was purchased at the 2006 Magic Millions Summer Sale & is the 6th foal from Genara (a sister to Listed Newcastle Cameron Handicap winner Brihuego)
